boiling rice



Equipment/ ingredients

  • a cup of rice
  • jag of water
  • cooking pot
  • cooking pot
  • salt
  • cooking oil
  • heat source
process
  1. pour two cups of water in the cooking pot and bring to heat source
  2. clean the rice let it dry
  3. wait for the water for to boil
  4. at boil point add some oil
  5. then add the rice and don't cover
  6. when the water has evaporated a bit
  7. add salt to taste then stir for the oil to mix
  8. let it boil until the water is gone and the rice is cooked
  9. a sign to know if it is cooked, there are holes in the rice where the steam comes out of
Note: can be served with anything from tea to sauce.enjoyed best with a spoon.

HOW TO BECOME FAT tip number one

Start eating nutritious foods. Not quantity but focus on quality. Make sure you have carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins at least all in one. Don't forget water, i don't mean mineral water i honestly don't think boiled water and mineral water is healthy, i prefer clean tap water. but hey that's me.

bone soup

 soup bone is easy. just clean some bones you want to extract soup from. make sure they have some meet on them or better some marrow . to add flavor,  you have to boil the bones until a thick soup forms. add spices or just salt to  taste. make sure you sieve the bone mixture to get soup only. mix the soup well. one typical Kenyan way is to put soup in a jerrycan then shake in a rhythmic way. note: inbox me for how it is done. enjoy!
