- a cup of rice
- jag of water
- cooking pot
- cooking pot
- salt
- cooking oil
- heat source
process
- pour two cups of water in the cooking pot and bring to heat source
- clean the rice let it dry
- wait for the water for to boil
- at boil point add some oil
- then add the rice and don't cover
- when the water has evaporated a bit
- add salt to taste then stir for the oil to mix
- let it boil until the water is gone and the rice is cooked
- a sign to know if it is cooked, there are holes in the rice where the steam comes out of
